  Prerequisites To Attain Yoga Classes & Meditation

Idealistically to Attain the best possible Benefits through Yoga following rules are to be taken into consideration:

  1. Night before, please refrain yourself from Alcohol and Cigarettes or any other Addiction.
  2. Take light Vegetarian food at dinner.
  3. Take good Sleep of minimum 6 hours.(If a person is mentally stressed minimum sleep of 8 – 10 hours is Recommended. These can be completed in two phases also)
  4. Complete morning activities of proper urination, stools.
  5. Come empty stomach. No tea and breakfast is recommended.
  6. Drink two glasses of water.
  7. Switch off your mobile.
  8. Please don’t speak in between.
  9. Be Happy, Peaceful and Excited and Enjoy the Class!
Check list of what to bring:
  1.  Yoga mat    2)  Bed sheet    3)  Towel    4)  Water bottle (if you need it)

Turn off cell phone and remove shoes
Finally Enjoy !!!
