Meditation

Meditation - Dhyaan

Everyone have a different understanding about meditation like concentration, deep thought, introspection, pondering, quiet time, reflection, rumination, self-examination. At Power Yoga the meditation will help to get you relive from Mental/Physical Stress, Thyroid Problems, Stress Sugar, Probelms due to Harmonal Secration, Acidity, Constipation, Phobias, Anxity, Lack of Proper Sleep, to Increase Confidence.

Our Meditation Sessions will include the breathing exercise and pranayam.


Classes offered:
Meditation classes can be customised based on the need of recipents from a session of just 5 minutes to a deep meditation session asa long as 4 hours.


Fee Details for Meditation:
INR 300 for 30 min session per person

Mass Class: INR 2000 for 1 hr per session (Offered for Dedicated Groups, Offces and Corporates)
